Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down from time to time, including alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.


Portrayal of Products

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions, images and product specification are correct. We reserve the right to alter descriptions and specifications of products or remove them from the website without prior notice.

Placing an Order

By ordering any of our products you will have been deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound to these terms and conditions. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging we have received it.


Making a Payment

Payments made through the website can be made in a secure environment using Paypal. We only take payments in UK Pounds Sterling. If you are outside the UK contact us at:


We will deliver the item(s) ordered using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery to the person and UK postal address specified when ordering. These will be dispatched once payment has been received.

Currently website orders are sent out on Thursdays. Please get in touch if you need something really quickly and we will do our best to help.

You will be advised of any delay or if an item is not available.

Our standard delivery charge covering postage and packing is £4.50 for orders under £25. Orders over £25 have free postage and packing.

Cancelling an Order and Returns

We hope you will be very happy with the item(s) you have ordered. In the event that this is not the case, we will offer you an exchange or refund provided you contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

If you do cancel your purchase you must return the unwanted item(s) to us in the condition you received them, with all labels and packaging attached and at your own expense. Please return the unwanted item(s) to 5, Quarry Place, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY1 1JN

On receipt of the returned goods, the refund will be made to the debit/credit card used to make the purchase. When returning an item we suggest you retain a certificate of posting for your own records in the event of the product failing to reach us.
